Includes C6 envelopes.
 
These should sent out within a day or two of the pet being euthanised. A pack of forget-me-not seeds should be included. The card should be handwritten with a personalised note from the vet who euthanised the pet or the vet or nurse who knew the pet the most and other team members should sign the card.
 
Some practices also include a printed copy of the rainbow bridge poem as an extra touch.
 
Sympathy cards should be kept in reception and are the responsibility of the reception team.
