These should always be on display. Copies should be kept at Reception and in consult rooms and handed out to clients when appropriate.  They should also be included in puppy packs which are handed out at puppy parties.
 
Other relevant leaflets can be enclosed inside, such as the RAF vouchers if they have already joined the plan.
